Seconds, milliseconds or more?
A 10-digit number is seconds (most Unix tools, PHP, Python time.time()), 13 digits is milliseconds (JavaScript Date.now(), Java), 16 digits is microseconds and 19 digits nanoseconds (Go, some databases). The converter detects which from the length and tells you how it read your input.
