How your file is handled: unlike our other PDF tools, this conversion needs our server. Your file is sent over an encrypted connection, converted in an isolated sandbox with no internet access, and deleted right after you download the PDF (and always within 30 minutes). We never keep or look at it.
To convert PowerPoint to PDF, drop your PPTX, PPT or ODP file in. Each slide becomes one PDF page, and the PDF downloads automatically once it's ready.

Sharing presentations as PDF
A PDF of your slides opens on any phone or computer without PowerPoint, keeps your fonts and layout, and is much smaller than the original file. It's the safest way to email a deck, upload it to a portal or share handouts — though animations, transitions and embedded videos are not included.

Frequently asked questions
- Are animations and videos kept?
- No — a PDF is static, so each slide is saved in its final state. Embedded videos are not included.
- Is my file safe?
- This is one of the few orrgo tools that needs our server. Your file is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, converted in an isolated sandbox that has no internet access, and deleted right after you download the PDF — always within 30 minutes. We never keep copies or look at the contents.
- Are there limits?
- Files up to 50 MB. Password-protected Office files can't be converted — remove the password in Word, Excel or PowerPoint first.
